Our pasting gum manufacturing plant in Indore has a capacity of more than 250 tons monthly production. Pasting Gum is manufactured from maize starch and also from tapioca starch based on the specifications and requirement of our customers.   Cold Pasting Gum Process: Generally, ratio of Pasting Gum is 1:4 to 1:6 depending upon the requirement of the customer. Based on the ratio of the gum, water is taken into the gum tank and then powder is added under continuous stirring. Once the powder is completely mixed, caustic soda solution is added into the gum tank solution and allow it to mix properly for 20 minutes.
